Creating Community ARound Music
In 2022, a small group of reunited singers longed to create an inclusive, non-audition SATB choir in South Minneapolis.
Their vision became a reality with the unexpected support from generous benefactors, and Crescendo Community Chorus was born. The Chorus grew rapidly and 3 years later, we welcome around 90 members each season. We embrace a "pay what you can" model to ensure everyone has the opportunity to sing, and our talented team of musicians, board members, and supporters make it all possible.
